You often hear "customer service isn't what it used to be" but what I have experienced with Mountaintop I don't find that to be true. My experience with Kurt, Eric, and Andrew has been a positive experience. I have found them very easy to work with, they answer all my questions and want to be sure that I am satisfied. But I want to call out Andrew because for a young man he exemplifies customer service. You don't see this today in many young people. He demonstrated professionalism by introducing himself as soon as he walked in my door. I'll be honest I was a little skeptical when I saw him walking up my driveway thinking he's young, does he have the experience to do this. But immediately because of the way he presented himself I was assured he did know what he was doing and what he could and could not do in relationship to what I already have. He was attentive to my questions. I felt it was important to him that I was happy. I wanted you to know that my experience so far has been great and I have no reason to believe that will change with the install. I think you are lucky to have an employee like Andrew who seems to be happy to be working for Mountaintop. Thank you for a good experience.
